Safer, Freer.

Moving Forward.

Philadelphia voters first elected Larry Krasner as District Attorney in 2017. Now, he’s running for a third term to build on his work making Philadelphia a safer and freer city.

During his first two terms, Larry has focused on the most serious crimes in Philadelphia while working to address the root causes of violence. The results: Murders are down more than 25% from his first year in office even as he has cut sentences in half.

Now, with right-wing extremists in Washington trying to take away our freedoms, Larry is ready to protect our freedoms by standing up to Donald Trump and his billionaire friends and ensure that everyone is held accountable under the law.

Larry has kept his promises, but now more than ever we need to build a movement to protect our freedoms.

We need to get Larry re-elected and continue to reform Philadelphia's criminal justice system. Will you help?

About Larry

Larry was born in 1961 in St. Louis, the son of a World War II veteran father and minister mother. After attending public schools in St. Louis and the Philadelphia area, Larry earned degrees from the University of Chicago and Stanford Law School with the help of student loans and scholarships.

While at Stanford, rather than focusing on corporate law, Larry worked for indigenous rights, homeless people, and the poor, in criminal matters. After graduating in 1987, he received several job offers from prosecutors’ offices around the country, but instead chose to return to Philadelphia to work as a public defender. More…
